Why SKR.me
No sign-up
You don’t need an account or an email address, and we don’t store who created the link.
Sensible limits
Without an account you can create 1 link a day. Each link works for up to 14 days and 100 opens, which keeps the service free of abuse.
You stay in control
After shortening you get a private management page for the statistics and for deleting the link. Keep its address safe: it’s the only way to manage the link.
Questions
What happens when the link expires?
It stops working and is deleted completely. Its address is random, so it’s practically never given to anyone else.
Can I protect an anonymous link with a password?
Password protection is available with a free account. It only takes an email address, and you can keep up to 7 links.
Do you know who I am?
No. We don’t store your IP address or set tracking cookies. The daily limit uses an encrypted identifier that is deleted within 24 hours.
